He was kind, courteous, professional and fast. I am thrilled to have found him and fortunate to be able to trust that he’d get the job done. We live in NC and it’s difficult to manage a property from so far away. I do not recommend the management company who I thought was protecting my interests as a homeowner (YPMG) but I highly recommend Joe and Comfortable Design Heating & Co for your home heating issues.

“My name is Rick and I live in Lewisberry. Joe installed a new outside heating/cooling unit and inside furnace in my home towards the end of 2015. Despite a few manufacturing issues, like having to replace the new outside unit with another new one, they have stood by their word. Joe always answered his phone and always responded either same day or next day to fix any issue I have encountered.
I have complete piece of mind because they have proved themselves over and over in their service. They truly make you feel like they care about you as a customer. I had a few estimates and they may not have been the cheapest but remember you get what you pay for and their service is unmatched.”
