“The property management company that handles my property dealt with an emergency loss if heat by finding me a contractor that wanted to charge me a RIDICULOUS amount of money for repairing the motor on my furnace. A small fortune! We called Joe at CDH and not only was his quote reasonable but he was at the house within a half hour to do a diagnostic and completed the job within 24 hours. He was kind, courteous, professional and fast. I am thrilled to have found him and fortunate to be able to trust that he’d get the job done. We live in NC and it’s difficult to manage a property from so far away. I do not recommend the management company who I thought was protecting my interests as a homeowner (YPMG) but I highly recommend Joe and Comfortable Design Heating & Co for your home heating issues.
